Is my CV data private?
Yes — private by default. Your CVs and job descriptions are encrypted, never shared, and never used as training data. Delete anything, anytime, and it’s gone.
What are credits, and how far do they go?
Every AI action spends credits. The Free plan gives you 25 credits every month (refilled, no rollover). Plus gives 200 and Pro 450 — both roll over month to month. A full CV optimization runs around 14 credits, so Plus covers roughly 14 of them a month. Need a one-off boost? Grab a credit pack anytime, no subscription required.
Will my CV actually pass ATS scanners?
All three builder templates use a single-column, machine-readable structure with standard section headers — the format ATS parsers expect. The optimizer then checks your content against the specific keywords in each JD, so both the format and the content pass.
Which languages does Jobstride support?
The whole app is localized in five languages — English, French, Spanish, German, and Arabic, with full right-to-left support for Arabic. Your AI-generated CV content stays in the language you write it in.
Is there a browser extension?
Yes. From any job posting on LinkedIn, Indeed, or most careers pages, the Jobstride extension lets you save the role to your tracker, optimize your CV for it, or start interview prep — without leaving the page. Saving a job is always free.
Do I need a finished CV to start?
No. Start from scratch in the builder, or upload whatever you have — even a rough PDF. We parse it, keep your voice, and you refine from there.
How does billing work, and can I cancel?
Free is free forever. Paid plans are billed in euros through Freemius, our payment provider, and you can cancel in one click — no emails, no hoops. Your CVs stay exportable whether you’re on a paid plan or not.
